Teddy Love Club Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support

Teddy Love Club Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support is an Australia wide support program for bereaved families who suffer the loss of their baby or babies at any time during pregnancy or after birth. This includes miscarriage, stillbirth, termination of pregnancy for foetal abnormality and neonatal death.

The TLC program is the original bear giving program in Australia established 26th October 2002 in Adelaide. TLC operates in every state of Australia with the program provided to every maternity hospital across the country. TLC is leading the way in providing support, guidance and comfort to bereaved parents, their families and friends.

TLC donates traditional Teddy Bears to bereaved parents, in the hope the bear may help to ease the pain of leaving the hospital with such aching empty arms. We hope to provide parents with the comfort of knowing they are not alone right from the beginning, and offer significant ongoing support understanding to bereaved parents, their families and their friends.
